Email support@mintprompts.com. Include what you were trying to do, what happened and the approximate time. We reply within 3 business days.
Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or confidential prompt content. A short description is usually enough to start.
Privacy and account requests
Use the same address for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Contact us from your account email where possible. We may verify ownership before sharing or changing account information. The Privacy page explains retention and deletion.
Billing questions
Include your account email and a description of the charge or plan question. Do not send full card numbers. Pricing and checkout show the applicable plan details, and Terms of use explains cancellation and refunds.
